Thanksgiving...

We had a pretty quiet Thanksgiving, just us!  Brad did all the prep work, made the pumpkin & apple pies the day before, brined the Turkey, made stuffing and had it all done & hot at the same time.  All I had to do was make the Lionhouse Rolls & clean-up.  The boys don't like turkey gravy, so Brad kept the stock from our Sunday roast and made them their own pork gravy so they would eat their potato's.  Afterwards, we got out a few of the Christmas decorations and let the kids put their own trees in their rooms.
