Reag had a great Pirate Birthday Party!
They went on a treasure hunt to find eyepatches, spyglasses, hats, & glow-in-the-dark swords. We had them tie balloons to their ankles & try to pop each others, but that didn't go over very well with the younger kids (they wanted to keep their balloons). The big hit was the pirate ship pinata and their goody bags. Kennadie made it home about half way through and tied balloons into swords & parrots, she's actually pretty good at it, Karter & Reag had her making animals all night and the next day.
Brad, of course grilled the hot dogs & made the cupcakes with my favorite buttercream frosting.
